As part of Celtic IT Consultancy's onboarding process, we will create a number of active directory accounts and security groups. We create these accounts and security groups so we can securely protect your systems and also restrict access to our support teams. 

*** Please note, we will not share the passwords of these accounts with anyone including you and members of your business ***
