CITC - Ticket and Knowledge Portal
Celtic IT Consultancy have provided you with access to our Ticket and Knowledge Portal. Within this portal you can view or create support tickets. You can also browse our increasing knowledge articles. When you login, you will be presented with 2 options "Help Center" and "Tickets".
Clicking on the "Help Center" will direct you to our knowledge articles. In this section you can access different categories that contain guides and help topics our team have created. If you are a new customer, can we suggest that you have a read of our "Onboarding Questions" category. The "Help Center" also displays the "Recent Articles" and "Popular Articles". Just click on any article to open it.
Clicking on the "Ticket" link will redirect you to the ticket portal. From within this portal you can view any ticket logged under your account. You can also create a new ticket by clicking on the "Add Ticket" button
