Maintenance Schedules - Servers
This only applies to clients that have contracted us to carry out remote maintenance.
*** If any server is offline/powered off during any of the below scheduled dates or times, deployment of patches, updates and software will be deployed at the next scheduled cycle. ***
Default Server deployment of patches, updates and software is last Sunday of the month between the hours of 1 am to 6 am.
Any physical host server (Hyper-V/Veaam) will have a different Maintenance schedule applied. The default Server deployment of patches, updates and software is last Saturday of each yearly quarter between the hours of 1 am to 3 am.
It is possible to have a different schedule applied to your servers. Please log a ticket a Support ticket stating the preferred times. If you want to speak to someone first, please contact your account manager.
