This only applies to clients that have contracted us to carry out remote maintenance.
*** If any Workstation is offline/powered off during any of the below scheduled dates or times, deployment of patches, updates and software will be deployed at the next scheduled cycle. ***
Default Workstations deployment of patches, updates and software is every Thursday of the month between the hours of 12pm to 3pm..
It is possible to have a different schedule applied to your business workstations. Please log a ticket a Support ticket stating the preferred times. If you want to speak to someone first, please contact your account manager.
