Outlook - Accessing a shared Mailbox

Before you can proceed, you need to have access to the shared mailbox you are trying to open. To gain permission to the shared mailbox, please log a support ticket.

1A: If you are not already logged into the OWA, please click here to login.
1B: If you have never logged into the OWA, please read this guide "Outlook OWA Access"

2: Click on your account name (Top right corner).


3: Click on "Open another Mailbox"


4: In the popup window, type the name of that shared mailbox you want to open and then click on "Open".


5: A new web browser tab/window will open and you can now access the shared mailbox.
