Onboarding - New icons on my task bar

Some user's will notice a new icon (like the below image) located on their task bar. This is our Remote Management tool that will allow us to monitor, patch, update, install software and allow us to connect to your device (with permission).

This is an example of how it will look like on a Windows device.

Right clicking over the icon will display 2 menu options. Selecting on the "Celtic IT Consultancy" will redirect you to our website. Selecting on "Refresh" will make the agent checkin to our portal.
